One of the most important problems faced in national development is how to deal with the trade-off between meeting the needs of development and the efforts to maintain environmental sustainability. Natural resource-based national development that does not take care of the aspects of environmental sustainability will ultimately have a negative impact on the environment itself since basically natural resources and the environment have limited carrying capacity. In other words, a development that does not pay attention to the capacity of natural resources and the environment causes new problems.Factually, this condition becomes a strategic issue for rolling out critical cross-scientific discussions to achieve environmental sustainability. We would like to invite all professors, lecturers, researchers, and students in the fields of Environmental and Energy Policy to The 1st International Symposium on Environmental and Energy Policy (ISEEP- 2023), which will be held in Pekanbaru-Riau on schedule October, 5th 2023. Our symposium will be held in different mechanisms offline and online. Besides, we’ve been committed that article international symposium would be published.
This symposium is a great place to share knowledge, ideas, and experiences about the theme ” Sustainability Governance: Local Actions for Global Environmental Solutions”. The goal of the symposium is to bring together researchers, practitioners, and policy makers from different fields to talk about and share their latest research findings and innovations related to the theme of the symposium. This event will give people a chance to learn from experts in the field, make new connections, and investigate possible partnerships. Through this symposium, we hope to build a strong network of researchers, academics and professionals who are committed to the development of discussion space in an effort to develop a scientific ecosystem that is not only scientific and academic, but also practical.
